It is everything you expect from Holiday Inn Express and more. Exceptional people making you feel you welcome, super service and very tidy and clean.
Location is right next to Silver Springs, so highly convenient for that. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was helpful and professional.
Th is is one of those accidental five star finds. The place isn't fancy, but the staff and especially Rose in the dining room, are wonderful.
Everybody I encountered here was exceedingly nice. Rose and Carol were friendly and attentive at the breakfast area. They were always upbeat throughout the week that we stayed before, during and after the hurricane passed through Florida and this area.
The staff here at the hotel were great. We used the pool which the kids enjoyed. The room was clean but the toilet didn't flush and realized it after it was used. We called the front desk they sent a maintenance guy who was quick to fix the problem. Breakfast was a plus for the kids and I. Overall, our stay here was better than expected.
