Im here to visit my family i get a room had black stuff on the bed i sleep on the other bed looked cleaner wake up a hour later my arm is bit to hell my right ear is bit and swelled itchy and my right arm under it has a bunch if small bites no mosquitos horrible so far. now in another room and all i got was sorry from the front desk so not happy! I do not recommend this to anyone
Stayed here after Gators game as we live 2 hours South. 24 hour Restaurant was nice as we got back at 2am. Nice shower, clean rooms soft bed, black-out curtains, and freezing a.c. What more could you want in September in Florida.
We visited the Denny's and had lunch. They didn't have enough workers and they mad excuses as to why it was taking so long. Food was not up to par. We won't be going back.
We booked this hotel due to the location and advertisement of a hot tub. Once we checked in we discovered it was a kiddie pool. We were a bit disappointed. Staff was extremely nice but the property is in disrepair. Many long term residents which made me feel very uncomfortable as two of them had ankle monitors on. The room smelled of mildew and walls and front door were filthy. Ceiling was spotted with mold. Needs some attention!
I give it 2 stars: 1 star for the friendly staff and 1 for a clean room. We think our neighbours were living in the hotel because they screamed to their children: "go back in the house".
