I live in The Springs for about 1 year. I think this this a great place! I am a yearly resident. There is a great pool,which I have never seen dirty even after Hurricane. They were very prompt at cleaning every mess that the storm caused. It is a pleasure to live with the friends that I've made here.I would guess I'm probably one of the youngest residents here at the age of 50. I would like to thank the management and residents who taught me about RV living,Thanks for the loving spirit I received when I moved Here!
Property manager is a real jerk. I live on the property that backs up to the park and wanted to take my 4 children for a stole. I have received many complements from residents of the park both times we walked. They all stop what they are doing to smile and say hello to the kids. Seeing as how I am a CNA and work home care I know this is a good sign for the elderly. The ONE time I walk my extremely friendly dog he drives up and tells me he receives 15-16 complaints. PUT UP SIGNS SAYING PEOPLE ARENT ALOUD TO WALK DOWN THE STREET.
I've been to the park several times, I have a friend and her daughter who live there. The place is well kept very clean and friendly residence.

After reading the reviews, I see they still have gotten rid of management. We were there over 2 years ago, great park layout and campers were wonderful. Management however rate extremely low for customer service. Management does whatever they please and how dare you to question them. When you pay for a site, you should be able to expect things to work on that site. We had to chase them down because hydro wasn't working, then again because cable wasn't working (I paid extra for cable). I asked them to fix it, they told me it's not their problem and I should have told them before 4pm and no they won't compensate me because the last person didn't complain. I made them hook me up to another site with a long cable, they actually wanted me to move to another site for a couple of days til problem was fixed then move back to my site. I argued with them, they did as I asked, but then stated I'm not allowed back. The way they treat their patrons is despicable. We actually had regulars praising us for making a stand, stating they are afraid to.They act like we should feel privilege to be allowed to give them our hard earned money. Don't go if you have kids, they lecture you for bringing them.
