We have used Silver Springs storage for more than 2 years, as also my mother and sister at times. Have never had any problems with service or attitudes. Vicky has always met us with smiles and a great personality. Tried neighbor hood and the rest, but we stay with the best. Keep it up and thanks.
Use their lock and your stuff will get stolen. Over 500$ worth of stuff. Then you put another lock on it, things stop getting stolen. But its no in the contract to protect your items. They just give you a place to put your stuff, but they are no protecting it. Take your business into town, save yourself the heartbreak of loosing an entire box of pictures from your deployment to Afghanistan as well as photos of the wedding and honeymoon.

SUPER NICE folks run the place. And they really take care of you and regularly check the units to ensure they are locked and safe.
Place gets broken into. Cant have anything nice in there or it will dissappear. But the contract says they are not responsible for the things you store there.
